How much will it cost?

Early Registration- $30.00

Is the race Sanctioned and Certified?
Yes
Is the race chip timed?
Yes, DG Productions will provide the timing
Will I get a T-shirt?
Those that register before March 21 st will be guaranteed a t-shirt.
Due to being a fundraiser, we want to minimize over head cost as much as possible. We hope to have plenty of T-shirts but can not guarantee late registrations with a T-shirt. So Save the stress for both of us and order early!
Are there Medals?
Yes! 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals will be awarded to the top male and female in the Standard USATF Division and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for over all time.
Will the Fun Run get a Medal?
This year we will be giving metals to those that participate in the Fun run.
Will the Medals be awarded for the 5k?
Yes, we will have a Medal Award presentation at the end of the race.
Do I have to be present to get an award?
Yes, we will not be mailing medals. Please keep assigned runners bib attached for easy recognition at medal presentation.
Will there be food and beverages?
Yes, we will have marked water stations along the course and will provide runners water and a snack after the race.
Will there be bathrooms?
We will have port-a-potties at the Start/Finish line.
It's Oklahoma! What if it rains, sleets or snows?
Be prepared is our Girl Scout Motto! Therefore the race will proceed rain or shine!
Can I get my money back if I can't run or can someone take my place?
We cannot change your registration or refund your money due to liability and insurance reasons. All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Where do I put my stuff?
We ask that you leave it in the car, with a friend or with your Cheer Team! We are not responsible for items that may have been lost or stolen.
Where can I pick up my Packet?
Early packet pick up will be Friday April 1st from 5:00-7:00 pm at the Pioneer Public Library Community Room. Packet Pick up for race day will be from 7:30-8:30 am

Do I have to register online?
No, it is easier if you do, but we have a paper form that you can fill out. Please be aware that mailing in the form will take more time and may cause you to miss the deadline. Email blanchardheartland5k@gmail.com for registration form.
Is there a family discount?
Sorry to say no, but Blanchard Heartland 5K is a fundraiser for a special cause. Your family can take turns running. We need those that can run, and those that want to cheer on those that are running.
